Grief comes and goes like waves, it hits you when you think you're doing okay and suddenly leaves to only come back again at another inconvenient time. When we are grieving, we often make ourselves overly busy to avoid processing, or we pause all commitments and self care to feel immense pain. We need to process these emotions so it will get easier, but we also need to find other, less draining ways to process.
This worksheet is designed to help you create a loose outline of your day while grieving, because I know it can be so difficult to know what to do with yourself while going through this pain.
Allow the emotions to come without letting them take a hold of you on a daily basis, and remind yourself that whatever or whoever you are grieving was always a memory - one you can always replay just as if they were still here.
